In November of 2007 The Maggio Shields team has come home full circle to roost as a partner with Century 21 Mann and Sons centralizing their location in downtown Rehoboth. Through the experience of Betty Mann Beebe and the leadership of Joe Maggio our team can now offer our customers an even more extensive network of Real Estate Brokerage services to include summer and year-round rentals and property management.  After achieving a great amount of success and satisfaction, in addition to receiving a number of awards from the Century 21 corporate office, our team made a group decision in establish -ing our own brand.  Our team is comprised of a number of dedicated, hard-working individuals who share a passion for real estate and who appreciate good ethical business standards. Each member of our staff holds a great professional respect for the other team members, and we all share a common desire: to leverage the advantages of team buying and selling for our clients and for each other.

Rather than providing just one agent to our clients, we offer a true team of agents. The client who chooses to list a property with the Maggio Shields team will have more than 5 agents working on the sale of his home. Our staff works together through each stage of the buying and selling processes. Each agent may have one or more specialty, such as marketing or financing, and we have found that utilizing the talents of many people offers the best possible outcome for each property that is bought and sold. In fact, we sell 85% of our own listings!
