DUWAYNE LITZ

Duwayne R. Litz is a retired educator who taught kindergarten thru graduate school. He was also a girl's track coach and yearbook advisor. He has vacationed in the Delaware Beach area for twenty five e plus years and has owned property in Sussex County for seventeen years.

Duwayne has been a Realtor for 5 years with the Maggio Shields team in Rehoboth. He specializes in new home/condo sales and works with many retirees looking to re-locate to Delaware. He is a Senior Real Estate Specialist. Duwayne continues to keep abreast of trends in the ever changing real estate market though education course and work shops. He is a tireless full service DE realtor assisting clients with the buying and selling of homes helping with their move, obtaining a mortgage and other needs of a home purchase.

In addition to his Real Estate work Duwayne is actively involved in community activities around Rehoboth. He is a volunteer and sponsor of Rehoboth Film Festival; volunteer of Beebe Art Auction and Thanksgiving Ball; member of the Founder's Circle of Camp Rehoboth. He is contributing member of the Key West Film Society. He is past Grand Knight of Council 867. Duwayne was also past President of Conestoga Valley Education Association.
